Love therapy. Even if you feel everything is fine and good in your life, it's great to just talk to someone. Maybe once a month! Like Carl, I also looked into cognitive therapy and my therapist helped me so much 💯 Dr. Saligman for the win 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
